Cellosaurus PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction (CVCL_KZ74)

[Text version]

Cell line name PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction
Accession CVCL_KZ74
Resource Identification Initiative To cite this cell line use: PathHunter U2OS AHR Protein Interaction (RRID:CVCL_KZ74)
Comments Characteristics: PathHunter NHR protein interaction cell lines co-express a NHR tagged with a beta-galactosidase fragment (ProLink=PK) and a receptor co-activator tagged with another fragment (Enzyme Acceptor=EA). Activation of the NHR results in co-activator-EA recruitment thus resulting into a catalytically active enzyme that generate a chemiluminescent signal.
Transfected with: HGNC; 348; AHR.
Transfected with: HGNC; 700; ARNT (with del 1-155 and 271-789).
Derived from sampling site: Bone; tibia.
