Involvement in disease:  Acyl-CoA dehydrogenase family, member 9, deficiency (ACAD9 deficiency) [MIM:611126]: An autosomal recessive metabolic disorder associated with mitochondrial complex I deficiency, resulting in multisystemic and variable manifestations.
