Myristoylator predicts N-terminal myristoylation of proteins by neural networks. [Documentation / Reference / Data]
Only N-terminal glycines are myristoylated (leading methionines are cleaved prior to myristoylation).

Please enter one or more UniProtKB/Swiss-Prot protein identifiers (ID) (e.g. ANX13_HUMAN) or UniProt knowledgebase (Swiss-Prot/TrEMBL) accession numbers (AC) (e.g. P27216), separated by newlines. You can also insert a single sequence (minimal length: 17 aa with the N-terminal glycine).
