PeptideCutter - Peptide Characterisation Software

PeptideCutter [Documentation / References] predicts potential cleavage sites cleaved by proteases or chemicals in a given protein sequence. PeptideCutter returns the query sequence with the possible cleavage sites mapped on it and /or a table of cleavage site positions.
